1. Who we are
PaidToBeCool is a trading name of Introworld Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. When you purchase a Vibe Audit, you are entering into a contract with Introworld Group Ltd, trading as PaidToBeCool.
References to "we", "us", and "our" in these Terms refer to Introworld Group Ltd trading as PaidToBeCool. References to "you" and "your" refer to the individual or business purchasing our services.
2. The service
We offer one service: the Vibe Audit — a brand and visual direction assessment delivered to a private client portal.
The Vibe Audit is available in two tiers:
| Tier | Price | Delivery |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | £2,500 | 10 working days |
| Express | £3,000 | 3 working days |
Prices are displayed and charged in GBP. Where payment is made in another currency, the conversion rate applied is determined by Stripe at the time of transaction. We are not responsible for currency fluctuation or bank conversion fees.
The Vibe Audit includes the following sections delivered via a private portal link:
- Brand diagnosis
- Core direction
- Visual direction (10 curated reference images)
- Ad concepts (5 references)
- Product references (5 references)
- Competitor vibe risk
- What not to do
- Action plan
The exact format, composition, and content of each section is at our sole creative discretion. We do not guarantee a specific number of words, slides, or files beyond the sections listed above.
3. The brief and intake process
Before payment is processed, you are required to complete a brand intake brief. This brief includes:
- Company name and website
- Social media handles
- A description of what you sell and who buys it
- Dream competitors or brands you want to look like
- An honest assessment of what is currently broken in your visual identity
- Optional reference files (logos, moodboards, screenshots)
You must complete the brief in full before your order is confirmed. Payment cannot be processed without a completed brief. Submitting your brief and completing payment constitutes your agreement to these Terms.
If your brief is incomplete or insufficiently detailed, we will attempt to contact you via the email address provided at checkout. If we do not receive a response within 2 working days, we reserve the right to proceed using publicly available information about your brand (website, social media, company name). We cannot be held responsible for an audit that does not meet your expectations if you did not provide adequate information in your brief.
4. Delivery and working days
Delivery timelines are measured in working days, defined as Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
- Standard tier: 10 working days from the date your brief is submitted and payment is confirmed.
- Express tier: 3 working days from the date your brief is submitted and payment is confirmed.
If you submit your brief and complete payment outside of working hours (for example, on a Friday evening, over a weekend, or on a public holiday), the clock begins on the next working day.
We will make every reasonable effort to deliver within the stated timeframe. In the unlikely event that we fail to deliver within the agreed working day window, you will be entitled to a full refund. This is your sole remedy for late delivery. We are not liable for any indirect losses arising from delayed delivery.
5. Payment
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By completing payment, you authorise Introworld Group Ltd to charge the full amount for your selected tier.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We do not offer payment plans, partial payments, or invoicing.
6. Cancellations and refunds
We do not offer refunds once payment has been made.
Work begins immediately upon receipt of your completed brief and confirmed payment. Because of the bespoke and time-intensive nature of the service, all sales are final.
Exception — late delivery: If we fail to deliver your audit within the agreed working day window (as defined in Section 4), you are entitled to a full refund. To request a refund on this basis, contact us at hello@paidtobecool.com within 5 working days of your missed deadline.
Exception — service refusal: In the event that we exercise our right to refuse service under Section 10, a full refund will be issued within 5 working days.
Consumer cooling-off waiver
If you are purchasing as a consumer (an individual acting outside the course of business), you have the right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel within 14 days of purchase. However, by completing your brief and submitting payment, you expressly request that we begin performance of the service immediately, and you acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once the service has been fully performed. If you cancel before the service is complete but after work has begun, you may be charged for work already carried out.
If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 do not apply.
7. Intellectual property and ownership
Your content
Any materials you submit as part of your brief (logos, files, screenshots, written descriptions) remain your property. You grant us a limited licence to use these materials solely for the purpose of completing your audit.
The audit
Upon delivery of your audit, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the audit content (written analysis, direction, action plan) for your own internal business purposes. You may share the audit with your team, agency partners, or contractors for the purpose of implementing the recommendations.
You may not resell, sublicense, or publicly distribute the audit as a standalone product or service.
Third-party images
The Vibe Audit contains third-party images sourced from publicly available references including but not limited to Pinterest, brand websites, editorial publications, and advertising archives. These images are included for inspirational and directional purposes only.
We make no claim of ownership over any third-party imagery included in your audit. You must not reproduce, publish, or use these images commercially without obtaining the appropriate licences or permissions from the respective rights holders. We accept no liability for any third-party intellectual property claims arising from your use of reference images beyond their intended directional purpose.
Our portfolio rights
We reserve the right to reference your audit as an anonymous case study or portfolio example, unless you notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery that you do not consent to this. We will never identify you, your company, or your brand without your explicit written permission.
8. Confidentiality
We treat all information submitted in your brief as confidential. We will not share your company information, brief content, or audit with any third party except as required to deliver the service (for example, secure cloud storage).
9. Limitation of liability
The Vibe Audit is a creative and strategic direction service. We make no guarantee that implementing our recommendations will result in increased revenue, brand recognition, or any specific business outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your audit. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from your use of or reliance on the audit.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
10. Right to refuse service
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including where:
- The brand or business is one we do not wish to be associated with
- The brief contains content that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive
- We reasonably believe the order was placed fraudulently
If we refuse service before work has begun, a full refund will be issued within 5 working days. If we discover a reason to refuse service after work has begun, we reserve the right to cease work and issue a partial refund at our discretion.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first at hello@paidtobecool.com. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes informally before either party pursues formal legal action.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to your order. We will not apply updated Terms retroactively.
