When you use paidtobecool.com and purchase a Vibe Audit, we collect the following information:

Information you provide directly

At checkout (Who's Ordering):

• Your full name
• Your email address

In your brand brief (About Your Company):

• Company name
• Website URL
• Instagram handle and any other social or brand links you provide
• A description of what you sell and who buys it
• Names or URLs of brands you aspire to look like
• Your own assessment of what is broken in your current visual identity
• Any files you upload (logos, moodboards, screenshots, PDFs) — up to 10 files, 20MB each

Payment information

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see, store, or have access to your card number or full payment details. Stripe processes and stores payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.

Information collected automatically

When you visit paidtobecool.com, we collect basic analytics data through built-in analytics, including:

• Pages visited and time spent on each page
• Traffic source (e.g. direct, Instagram, X/Twitter)
• General visit data (pageviews, bounce rate, visit duration)

• Brief and audit content: Up to 2 years from the date of delivery, after which it is deleted from our systems unless you have requested otherwise
• Order and payment records: 6 years from the date of transaction, as required by UK tax law
