PaidToBeCool is a trading name of Introworld Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for the personal information collected through paidtobecool.com.

2. What data we collect
When you use paidtobecool.com and purchase a Vibe Audit, we collect the following information:
Information you provide directly
At checkout (Who's Ordering):
- Your full name
- Your email address
In your brand brief (About Your Company):
- Company name
- Website URL
- Instagram handle and any other social or brand links you provide
- A description of what you sell and who buys it
- Names or URLs of brands you aspire to look like
- Your own assessment of what is broken in your current visual identity
- Any files you upload (logos, moodboards, screenshots, PDFs) — up to 10 files, 20MB each
Payment information
Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see, store, or have access to your card number or full payment details. Stripe processes and stores payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.
Information collected automatically
When you visit paidtobecool.com, we collect basic analytics data through built-in analytics, including:
- Pages visited and time spent on each page
- Traffic source (e.g. direct, Instagram, X/Twitter)
- General visit data (pageviews, bounce rate, visit duration)
This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. We use it solely to understand how the site is being used and to improve it.
3. How we use your data
We use the information you provide to:
- Deliver your Vibe Audit via your private portal
- Contact you regarding your brief if additional information is needed
- Send you a confirmation of your order and delivery of your completed audit
- Maintain records of our business transactions as required by law
- Improve the service based on anonymised usage patterns
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Legal basis for processing (UK GDPR)
We process your personal data on the following legal bases:
- Contract performance: We need your name, email, and brief information to deliver the service you have purchased.
- Legitimate interests: We use anonymised analytics data to understand site performance and improve the service. This does not override your privacy rights.

Your brief information and uploaded files are stored securely in our cloud database and storage service. Specifically:
- Your brief content, portal text, and audit sections are stored in our database
- Any images or files you upload are stored in a secure storage bucket
Our storage provider operates on infrastructure that meets industry-standard security requirements. Your portal link is unique to you and is not publicly indexed.
We do not store your data on paper or in unsecured local systems.
6. How long we keep your data
We retain your data for the following periods:
- Brief and audit content: Up to 2 years from the date of delivery, after which it is deleted from our systems unless you have requested otherwise
- Order and payment records: 6 years from the date of transaction, as required by UK tax law
- Analytics data: Aggregated and anonymised — retained indefinitely as it does not identify individuals
7. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We share your data only with the following service providers, strictly for the purpose of delivering our service:
